1. Tell us something about yourself.
I'm working for Swedish Government with a job I love, am living on my own in
the middle of Stockholm (in the
best bar and restaurant area, btw, which means that I'm constantly broke). Doing
my best to find time to sleep,
eat, work out, travel and be social between working on fan fic (that's why my
stories takes so much time ;-)
2. What got you hooked on TYR?
Actually the Final Report at the university - TV was a very good excuse when
you were tired at the books...and
after a while it wasn't a leisure - it was an obsession
3. What kind of stories do you prefer? Romance, action,
thrillers?
Action and thrillers...
4. What are you reading right now?
Life Among Indians by George Catlin, originally published in 1875 (and you should
read some of the comments,
talk about prejudices, not to mention racial! But I suppose that was how people
saw Indians back then.) And The
Civil War by Harry Hansen (yes, I'm trying to do some writing on the Commitment).
5. Who has inspired you in your writing?
For fan fic; originally Ishani with the story Legends, then Kathy by offering
support and beta-reading The Name
Of The Game. On a more general level I'm inspired by every author that I encounter...
6. Have you written other fanfic than The Young Riders?
Nope
7. What is most important in your life right now?
My family.
8. Where will you be in 10 years time if you get your
way?
Hopefully trying to combine a job I love with a family life with children -
and probably failing miserably ;-), since I
can't even find the time to find a husband right now
9. Any current writing projects?
Too many, and even a novel that might find it way to a publisher one day.
10. What advice do you have to give to other writers?
If you want to write - don't hesitate - just write! If you feel insecure about
grammar or spelling find comfort in a
beta-reader. I know I felt a huge support when my first story ever won a contest
at Welcome to Sweetwater
(Kathy's site).
11. A thank you speech, please
My sincere thank you to all of you who voted. I really enjoy making these images
and only wish that I had more
images to toy with (hint)!
