I Hate Sex, Drugs and Rock 'n' Roll...
...and I'm not getting any. Sunday was fine, as Ray Davies put it: “All of my friends were there, not just my friends, but their best friends too“. Playing was really funny and I am thankful that we still seem to be able to gather a crowd of familiars. When they abandon us, we are in trouble! There was a lot of people there, really.

I think I should mention something else. Actually, I want to ask something. Pondering life's big questions, I always choke on this one: Is it sane to feel absolutely frightened, to feel nothing but sheer terror, when you are confronted with a pretty face? I mean, normally, you hear about people who are shy, who feel uneasy. And sometimes I feel just like that. But then again, sometimes it's as if all the fundamental safety that your lifelong experience and your surroundings provide just disappears and you find yourself standing in front of something that is not creepy, scary or exciting, but terrifying. Confronted with that, how could one possibly learn to love?

And I can't stand the new pope. His self-righteous smile makes me nauseous. His arms, streched out to deceive the whole world. His deteriorating skin and his monstrously foul breath.
