I saw Starwars last night. And my god, was I surprised! It was high drama all the way and I haven't been this emotional about a movie since Bridges of Madison County. No, that was a joke. But seriously, I thought it was amazing and a very good way to end the whole thing.
Although, I hope it ends here, for me, personally. If they make more movies, that's fine, but for me, I'd rather stop here. God, I have to move on. I can't start wielding toy swords again. It wasn't that many years since I stood in our garden with a sawed off, spray painted floorball stick, completely crushing the invisible sith lords that attacked me. I was the Starwars kid, believe me.
Anyway, it was really fun playing at Kerttu. I don't think we have made a bad concert since Tampere, but this was really funny. We tried some new things and it worked out well. It was nice to see that you can sort of control the concert, bend it the way you want it. That's what we did here, and that's what we sometimes can't do. Sometimes, it works without that sense of control too, but it's certainly more out of chance. This time, we made it work ourselves. Now, enough of this.
I read a brochure today at the dentist that said “Afraid to go to the dentist?“. See, I haven't been afraid of that in a long time. It doesn't feel like I've got used to it, but more like that other things have taken its place. But when I read the pamphlet, I noticed some things that definitely should scare me.
-afraid of choking with a lot of instruments in your mouth
-afraid of choking when making an imprint in this plaster/wax substance
and then I saw
-afraid of the whole experience of going to a dentist
and thought, hope this will pass, I'm out of here
