FAQ

Q: Why do I have to manually edit all these .ini files? Isn't there an editor for this?
A: No, currently there is no editor available. This is because we have concentrated on bringing you a working copy of MokCC, and thus the .ini stuff might still keep on evolving. You do not want to end up with a partially working editor, do you? We'll make one, when we concider it appropriate.

Q: Is there a installer for Mok or any other help wizards to help you in your first steps?
A: Not currently. We simply haven't had time to do these things. If you'd like to help to create any of these applications, drop an email to mok(at)hevonkuusi.org.

Q: Is Sigma Designs Xcard supported?
A: Not at the moment. Some plans has been to support it, but atleast not in the next v2.3.2 version.

Q: Do you support *this* LCD?
A: No, we do not support *this* LCD. We do not have *this* LCD. Please give or lend us one and we'll see what we can do. You can actually do it yourself if you can program. Contact us for more information.

Q: Can I mix both *.mp3 and *.m3u in mok.ini type when playing music?
A: You can do that but the resulting playlist might be ..hmm.. interesting. This is a known old feature and will be fixed someday. You can use a separate selection for *.m3u and in my case I use for the web radio channels.
