- changed the cdaudio screen #1 to a bit more nicer one.

- Bugfixes:
bug_004: (WinXP) If no CD in drive Z: while [MP3] path=z:\;d:\mp3 , you get an checkbox from your OS saying that no disk found. Suggestion: Before scanning, check if media and/or path present. the item is scrolling. When pressing e.g. down, you'll see the current line stop and after one second the response is handled. This can be corrected by handling the modulename_command first. This is also the reason for Joonas's comment about the sluggisnesh. I decided to leave this here as I need to test what implications this fix will have. I know there will be problems with modulename_kill!

bug_001: Eugene ei käynnisty ensimmäisellä kerralla. Buutin jälkeen neitseellisessä koneessa kun valitset MOKilla DVD ja playerinä Eugene - ei Eugene käynnisty. Käynnistän MOKin uudelleen ja valitsen DVD-soiton, kaikki ok.
bug_002: Eugene ei sammu oikein kun playback on päällä. Painan stop, soi DVD niinkuin mitään ei olisi tapahtunut. TVoutista näen että XP on tilassa jossa Windows yrittää sammua (valintaruutu sammuta-käynnistä uudelleen-log off). Painan play (-> pause), kaatuu MOK.
bug_005: In movie select the name of movie includes the subdirectory 'xxx\The Movie' while it should be just 'The Movie'. This only occurs with movies in subdirectories.
