Building from source

Lucy the Diamond Girl uses the autotools build system.

Below is an example how to install into a directory named "inst" under the current directory and run from there:

./configure --prefix=$(pwd)/inst &&
make install                     &&
./inst/bin/diamond_girl

For more details, see the README.building.

Lucy the Diamond Girl is being developed on Linux, but it should work on other platforms as well. Very old versions were reported to work on AmigaOS4 and MorphOS.
