Rally and Rally Sprint competitions and
events:
This site deals with information on the races and events where we have
been involved.
We were enrolled Laihia Rally Sprint
16.9.2007, but found the engine oil leak prevented participation in the
competition, which would have been 74 starting number.
So we have to try again in another race in 2009 !!!
Well, the Sierra has been used for the
first time and the adjustment after we had seen the engine side of a few gaps
and needs change. Fortunately the car was pretty good reference for the
control already so horrible changes we need. We can only say that fortunately
for us we had not driven a race yet…. We’re trying to get in the car yet, all
the necessary components on time, in order to participate in Rally Sprint
15.2.2009
We
are finally included in the first race since 1994. So roughly calculated as
15 years before you went to get re-compete. So we are involved in 15.2.2009
executable ermine hill sprint number 50. Competition venue is located in Kauhava, and the first car starts at 11.00. Let’s hope
that everything is running smoothly, and we performed the first car race
tests a happy…. Welcome to see if you are moving Kauhava
direction.
Ermine
hill Sprint 15.2.2009 has now bee run and it went
little further less than the bench. In the first driving round went all the
crossings, “ the trees “ because the gearbox caused a little confusion and no
gears, had difficulties to find any and when the gear was found so the time
was already go too much. In the second driving round, then I go already snow
wall in the first condition curve, bit my front wheel into the snow and then
it was already on the kit and time go again. The only positive thing was that nothing
was broken and the car works relatively well. It now became clear that a
small and narrow chute suitable for the car at all. It does not fit tracks
and then the proxy is so long that a lot of change needed. But my first race
at the back and we start to prepare the car for the summer races. Pictures

Jalasjärvi
sprint 5.7.2009 is now behind us and it is now lucky enough to have traveled in
any way. I decided before the race already, that I will take safe and test
the car faster on the road and what happened there either. A slow narrow road
was keeping it safe, then I thought that now sees how the car goes to a wider
road section, then an intersection after the acceleration period was bang and
I thought, shattered car came vibrations due to but,
but…. I started to drive slowly toward the goal and I got to see that charger
is low and the temperatures was high car so I guessed that it occurred in the
engine room was that bang. I drove it in spite of the pit area, because I
noticed the oil pressure to be ok and the car did not smoke, only the
vibration was shoking. I drove the car directly to
the trailer and opened the bonnet and found the fault immediately. Engine
water was up and came to the yard of the cranksaft
and alternator pulley was in pieces. Need a little vacation to investigate
damage and see how expensive the repairs will come, but at least now there is no doubt supporters…. To return to the pattern again
when the time will tell…..

Next
comes a VM Motorsport Show at the Helsinki Fair
Centre 8 – 9.1.2011. Car restoration and renovation took so much time and
money that only now we get back to attend an event. Thank you for this include our partners, that allow participation in this
exhibition. Welcome to our stand and our offering to our booth.
Now
the exhibition is over and we think that went well for us. The car and the
products exhibited were of interest too, so the exhibition was a success.
Overall, we think the show was poor, because private lacked almost
completely. Hopefully, the organizer of thinking about what went wrong and
how to get more cars and participants in the exhibition. Another departure
from what came up was to show participants in the fair centre’s indifference
towards the loading and unloading, the courtyard was shoking
a lot of snow and it shovel to flow area increases from the roof of the

“ we are never going to Helsinki again in exhibition
“. Was this is a good idea who will be participants in the show
??? Well I guess others, however, was satisfied with and participate
