Kennel Kilvan was founded over 70 years ago, and has been breeding Hungarian Pumik since 1973, and mudis in small scale since 2004. 

In past seven years we´ve breed 8 Mudi litters and imported 9 Mudis from Hungary. 

Our goal is to breed healthy, typical mudis with good tempperaments. Our ideal mudi is true to the Original breed standard, and has lot of potential for working and sports.

We have puppies occasionally, and have also exported some puppies abroad. Our 2011 puppies are spoken for, but we are planning one or two litters for 2012. Serious inquiries are welcome.

04.09.2011 Humppa's and Lilla's puppies were born on Sunday afternoon! We got 3 males and 2 females; 1 fakó male, 2 black males, 1 fakó female and 1 black female. Very even and promicing litter! More information under 'Puppies'.

20.08.2011 Civil became FIN CH, the last CAC (and 3rd BOB title) came from the Kouvola dog show, where mudis were judged by Maija Sylgrén, Finland. Congratulations Civil and Sanna!

06.07.2011 we imported from Hungary two brown mudi females, Torzsási Bojtár Angyal "Fauni" & Adria "Ratko". Parents of these puppies are brown R-registered Ürge, and brown R-registered Fürge. Adria stays with us, Angyal lives in city of Turku.

09.06.2011 we imported from Hungary two black natural bobtail puppies from Szürkevillám kennel: male Sz. Székely Góbé stays with us and female Sz.Szeder Inda is owned by Pauliina Aho, and lives with another mudi Harmi (K. Gyimesi Bárány). The parents of these puppies are Pasztoralom Pöcök and R-registered farm dog Kislany.

06.11.2010 K. Hamvas Hangya "Aksu" passeed the final exams of the Finnish Association of Search and Resque Dogs and is qualified to work as a SAR dog. Amazing work Mari & Aksu! Aksu is qualified SAR dog on Search, next season they will concentrate on adding Tracking on Aksu's skill list. SAR dogs do very valuable work with their owners, who also need to be qualified in First Aid, land navigation, search training and radio communication. Aksu is now qualified to apply for a position in  Callout list of their local SAR group.

06.08.2010 Kilvan Pattantyú "Lilla" was health examinated, HD A, ED 0/0, patellas 0/0, eyes clear. Congratulations!

24.07.2010 Kilvan Gyöztes Tevesz "Teve" is the first mudi who was MH-tested in Finland. MH is the Swedish character test that has recently been officially introduced in Finland. 

10.07.2010 K. Hamvas Higany "Huru" has been temmerament tested and got the result:-1 +3 +1 +2 +1 +1 +1 +3, +, +112 p.
